Inside the mattress, one will find a willow bark fleece and it is from this fleece that the body will have such a relaxing night’s sleep. Willow leaves and bark have traditionally been used as a remedy for aches and fever. This is because willow contains salicin, a precursor of aspirin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willow).

Additionally, a sheep’s-wool, fleece-lining (500 g/m²) provides for a pleasantly warm and dry sleeping climate.
