We continuously search for products and perform product descriptions and create product pictures. In this area information from manufacturers are very inadequate and unsatisfactory. therefore this area is very time consuming (it takes approx. 4 hours to search for product data, perform a thourough description and enter it into the complex CMS). Main problem is that manufacturers do not have any information about environmental performance of their products (energy consumption during life cycle, waste quantities & water consumption). We try to get this information from the audit minutes or other sources. Currently we have 200 products listed and have started to send our contracts to manufacturers. |

Our focus currently is on German speaking countries – manufacturers and clients in AT and DE – and these manufacturers transport their products themselves. In other countries (Nordic Swan) we are often faced with the problem that some manufacturers only deliver in bulk packages and large quantities. For these products we will have to search for regional partners (with storage and transportation facilities). |
